Free SaaS listing, no commission: how TrimProcure charges
On TrimProcure, listing your SaaS is free and we never take a percentage of any deal. We monetize discovery clicks (200 free/mo baseline, or 300 if you joined through Dec 31 2026; then plan-based overage — see /pricing/cpc) plus qualified leads and auction wins when those paths apply. The same platform includes Idea Validator and price audit for founders and buyers—not just a directory fee schedule.

What “free listing” means
Free listing means you can create and publish a SaaS product page on TrimProcure without paying a fee to appear in the directory. You are not renting shelf space just to exist in the catalog.
Free listing does not mean every interaction forever is free. Discovery has a published click model so sellers who receive meaningful traffic contribute to the marketplace that generated it—after a monthly free allowance.
What “no commission” means
No commission means TrimProcure does not take a percentage of:
- Closed deal value
- Contract or subscription revenue
- GMV or take-rate on transactions you complete off-platform
You own the commercial relationship. We do not sit in the payment flow as a percentage cut of every sale. That distinction matters when you compare marketplaces that monetize primarily by skimming deal value.
How we charge instead
TrimProcure is primarily a SaaS marketplace. We charge for discovery and high-intent outcomes:
- Discovery clicks — free monthly allowance (200 baseline, or 300 if you joined through Dec 31 2026), then plan-based overage. Full public disclosure: /pricing/cpc.
- Qualified leads — when a buyer path produces a billable lead under product rules.
- Auction wins — when sellers participate in competitive buying flows and win work under auction rules (/auctions).
Subscription tiers and other plan details live on /pricing. Click pricing is the seller-facing discovery meter and is intentionally public so costs are not hidden behind a login.
Idea Validator and price audit
The product is not only listings. Roughly a fifth of the surface area is tools that help both sides of the market:
- Idea Validator — research and pressure-test a SaaS idea or positioning before you scale distribution spend.
- Price audit — score a price against market benchmarks so buyers negotiate with data and sellers set or defend pricing with evidence.
Together with the marketplace and optional auctions, that is the full TrimProcure story: discover and price SaaS, not “pay us a cut of every contract.”
Fee honesty checklist
When you evaluate any SaaS marketplace, ask:
- Is listing free, or is there a placement / subscription gate?
- Is there a % take-rate on closed deals?
- What is a billable click, lead, or win—and is the rate public?
- Are free allowances and thresholds written down?
- Are pricing tools included, or is the product only a directory?
TrimProcure answers: free listing; zero deal commission; public click pricing (cohort free allowance, then plan-based overage on /pricing/cpc); qualified leads / auction wins as intent fees; Idea Validator + price audit in-product.
Get started
List your SaaS on the seller home, read seller click pricing before you scale traffic, and use Idea Validator or price audit when you need research or benchmarks. Buyers can browse /marketplace and /tools without a seller account.
FAQ
- Is it really free to list SaaS on TrimProcure?
- Yes. Creating and publishing a listing does not require a listing fee. Ongoing costs appear only when discovery clicks exceed the free monthly allowance or when you use paid lead/auction outcomes—not as a tax on every closed deal.
- Does TrimProcure take a percentage of sales?
- No. TrimProcure does not take a commission or any percentage of deal value, contract value, or GMV. That is a deliberate difference from marketplaces that skim closed revenue.
- What do discovery clicks cost?
- Sellers receive a free monthly allowance (200 clicks if joined on/after Jan 1 2027 UTC, or 300 if joined through Dec 31 2026; Pro/Max add free clicks on top). After that, overage rates depend on plan and date (free $0.30→$0.40, Pro $0.20→$0.30, Max $0.10→$0.20 from Jan 1 2027 UTC). Details are on /pricing/cpc.
- What else is included besides the marketplace listing?
- TrimProcure also provides Idea Validator for researching product ideas and a price audit for benchmarking SaaS prices. Auctions are available as an optional buying path. The product is primarily a SaaS marketplace with those tools alongside it.
- Who pays for auctions?
- Auction mechanics are buyer/seller flows separate from listing fees. Platform monetization on that path is tied to auction wins (and related commitment rules), not a blanket commission on every marketplace deal. See /auctions for how auctions work.
